I got this iPad for Christmas and the charger that came with it for months it has been not charging my iPad it says it’s charging but it is not charging!

1. Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for more information.
2. The display has rounded corners. When measured diagonally as a rectangle, the iPad Pro 11-inch screen is 11 inches. Actual viewable area is less.
3. mmWave available only in parts of select cities.
4. Data plan required. 5G, Gigabit LTE, LTE, and Wi-Fi calling are available in select markets and through select carriers. Speeds are based on theoretical throughput and vary based on site conditions and carrier. For details on 5G and LTE support, contact your carrier and see apple.com/ipad/cellular.
5. Accessories are sold separately. Compatibility varies by generation.
