Really appreciating the simplicity of the Galaxay A9+. It does what I need it to do, clear & straightforward. Updates without mishap. I'm really very satisfied with how it meets my needs.

I have has many products like this. iPad, Kindle, etc. I was hoping this one would be faster and newer. Not really so. They are all about the same. The advantage of this tablet is the 5G. I can connect many places without using a hotspot. That's good. But in the end, I'm neither impressed nor disappointed. It's just , and it's another choice for moving around. If you have nothing, it will be an improvement. If you use a kindle, it's just heavier.

This tablet is so slow, especially on startup. Takes forever for the battery to charge too. I guess it's maybe the version I bought, wish I had gone with either a different brand or maybe one with more storage. I do only use it for my grandson's Kid's games (he's 3) and my E books. I can't use Facebook on it because it constantly flips upside down. There's no option to lock it. Just a terrible purchase, will go with a different brand next time.

This device is not good use for adults. You’ll find yourself complaint about this and about that. The screen quality is very grainy. The operating system is slow. It freezes and sometimes crashes. It’s fine for a child playing kiddy games and/or watching videos on different kiddy apps. I bought it for myself. Began having freezing issues within the first month. Issues are ongoing and is frustrating.
