Hey there. We hear your concerns about battery life on the Pixel watch 2 — here are some tips to reduce battery consumption and get more daily use out of your watch:Shorten the screen timeout: Swipe down, tap Settings > Display > Screen timeout, and choose a shorter time, like 15 seconds. This means your watch goes to sleep more frequently when you're not using it.
Turn off Always-on Display: Swipe down and then tap Settings. Tap Display and then turn off "Always-on Display".
Turn off the Tilt-to-wake feature: Swipe down and then tap Settings. Tap Gestures and then turn off "Tilt-to-wake".

Improve accuracy by checking your height and wrist settings in the Fitbit app — you may need to manually adjust stride length. does this watch have medical alert with fall detection?
Thanks for asking, Jack. The Pixel Watch 2 includes fall detection. When a hard fall is detected, it will wait about 30 seconds, then vibrate, ring loudly, and ask if you want to call emergency services. If you don't respond, your watch vibrates and alarms, then calls emergency services after 60 seconds with an automated voice message.
